Floor-to-ceiling glass opens the living room to the garden and pool. The upper floors catch the Atlantic sky. Everything here — from the home gym to the rooftop terrace with its legendary sunsets — is designed to make you feel at home and alive.

Natural stone cladding meets architectural glass. The entrance sets the tone immediately — a house that respects its Portuguese surroundings while standing confidently modern. The glass-balustrade staircase draws the eye upward and the light inward.

02 — Living & Dining

The golden heart of the house

The signature yellow accent wall fills the ground floor with warmth from morning to evening. A round oak dining table, generous sofa, curated plants and sliding glass doors that frame the pool and garden. This is where the day begins and ends.

03 — Pool & Garden

Blue water, open sky

Breakfast at the round dining table, eyes drifting to the pool beyond the glass. The private pool is fully visible from inside — the boundary between house and garden dissolves on warm days. Outdoor sofas, sunlight, and fresh air await just beyond the sliding door.

04 — Master Suite

Sleep beneath the sky

The house has 3 bedrooms plus an office that doubles as a fourth — spread across 2 floors. Both suites have their own ensuite bathrooms, with a shared bathroom for the other rooms. Every room has its own terrace. The top-floor master carries the house name in its walls — that calm, deep Azul — with a king bed, warm bedside lighting, and not one but two balconies, each with a table and chairs for mornings or sunsets. A mini fridge and coffee machine mean you can ease into the day without ever coming downstairs.

05 — Rooftop Terrace

The Atlantic begins here

Step up to the rooftop and the sea appears between the terracotta rooftops of Carvoeira. On clear days the horizon stretches endlessly west. But the evenings are what people remember — the sunsets from this terrace are extraordinary. The Atlantic turns gold, then pink, then deep violet. A table for two, a glass of wine, and nothing to do but watch.

06 — The Gym
